SoulPlay Day 2022
A soul-full gathering of inspiration & renewal.
Join kindred spirits from all over North America for an experience that supports your journey towards wholeness.
This year’s focus is called, “WISE BODY”, and we’ll be exploring the sacred connection to our own bodies - the ways we struggle to care and nurture for ourselves, and pathways and practices to help you gently return to loving all your parts - body, mind, heart, and soul.
So many of us have a complicated relationship with our body, often treating it as an enemy instead of the friend that carries and supports the very essence of our life. The stress of the past 18 months has taken its toll on us all emotionally and mentally, but also physically.
We need to tune into and follow the wisdom our bodies are offering us.
You’ll learn from seven wise and compassionate guides throughout this thoughtfully curated online gathering.
Why don’t you plan to give yourself the gift of slowing down, so you can wake up to your life?

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Hillary McBride
The Wise Body
Many of us who have spent time in faith settings might have learned to believe our bodies are bad, having mistakenly been instructed that our bodies are the cause of sin, our fallen nature. Dr. Hillary McBride will provide an introduction to embodiment as a spiritual practice, and shares about how a different understanding of new testament writings can support us to experience our bodies as good, the place where the Holy dwells. Her new book, The Wisdom of Your Body is available for order now.
It’s going to be an amazing day!
Registration has ended.
“The body is a sacred garment. It’s your first and last garment; it is what you enter life in and what you depart life with, and it should be treated with honor”
“There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophy.”
